| Our son and daughter-in-law like to make a Steak Fajita Bowl with NY Strip Steaks. You can also use our newest cut of Fajita Strip Steak. Each package is approx. 1 lb and already cut into strips to save time. |

Instructions
Season NY Strip or Fajita Strip Steak with Mateo's Fajita seasoning.
Pan Sear with 2-3 tbsp avocado oil. Let rest.
Stir fry with:
1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
